- Promise the attendance to be above 80%.
- Complete all modules successfully.
- Achieve 100 points for seminars and conferences.
- Submit a dissertation and pass the oral defense exam.

- GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
In order to be awarded the EMBA , students must：
- Promise the attendance to be above 80%.
- Complete the Business Game module successfully.
- Fulfill all financial obligations to HEC Liège.
- Pass all modules and submit all the assignments.
ASSESSMENT
Assessment of the program is by taking a case study-based short answer examination at the end of each module. It will be an open book examination relating to the content of each module. The passing mark is 50%. Students who fail will be given an opportunity to attempt the examination again.
Grading Structure
For each course, your progress and knowledge will be appraised by a combination of various assignments, exams, and case studies. The final grade for the course will be made up of the total percentage resulting from the ratio between all assessment elements of the course. It corresponds to a letter grade（A, B, C, D, and F）

If the application is rejected by HEC Liège, the application fee is returned to the applicant minus a $200 administration charge.

To be eligible for the EMBA program, applicants must fulfill the following requirements：
- Be a manager or an executive.
- Have at least 5 years working experience.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, an approved institution of higher learning or equivalent.
- English level：IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 82（or equivalent）
