Prof. Kelley O’Reilly, one of the best marketing professors at Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business, who has:
- Served as a senior deputy general manager in “Forbes Top 100 Companies”.
- More than 20 years of management experience in retail services and franchising.
- Rich experience in development, marketing, personnel training, retail management, etc. required for a product.

In the class, she will share her management experience in retail, small and medium-sized enterprises, and franchising, using role-playing, situational simulation, and other methods to introduce actual cases in the workplace.
